No refunds or replacements after 90 days from your purchase date. If there are issues with your order, please notify us prior to this 90 day window to be eligible for a refund or replacement if/when necessary.

Shipping: For Priority Shipping, please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery. Times may vary depending on location. Our shipping quotes include time to process, pack, and ship your order. Orders received by 3PM EST will be shipped with USPS within 24 BUSINESS Hours. Orders received after 3PM EST on Friday, and over the weekend will be shipped with USPS in the next 24 BUSINESS hours. Vitamin and supplement orders received during American National Holidays will be shipped with USPS the next 24 BUSINESS hours.

All orders are to be paid in full prior to shipment. The buyer is always responsible for all shipping costs. Since we are a national distributor of vitamins and supplements, we cannot guarantee entry of your product. We do insure for damage, but cannot be responsible for importation denials, delays, or possible seizure. Although most of our products are nutritional supplements, they may not be recognized or approved by your governing bodies. So far we have not had any problems other than an occasional delay. We will provide all of the necessary paperwork to assist you whenever possible, but again, the buyer is ultimately responsible for their purchase and shipment, unless it’s damaged in transit.

Returns: All sales are final. In the event that we ship you the wrong product or the product is damaged during shipping, we will either offer a refund, or send replacement(s) immediately to your satisfaction. Please be sure to check your final order upon ordering to prevent any mistakes. We apologize for the stringent all sales are final, but unfortunately products cannot be returned and resold. As a customer, you would insist on a new product in every order and this insures you of such. We do not take a product back under any circumstances, but will refund for damaged or lost goods when necessary. We do not refund import denials, possible seizure or shipping cost. This site assumes no responsibility with respect to these procedures or any tariffs, duties, or other such restrictions & charges imposed and/or enforced by the destination area. If the vitamin or supplement order is refused, the customer is responsible for both duties incurred at the border of the respective area and shipment back to us.
